Penghu Kayak Association – The group offers Kayaks and life jackets down by the windsurfing club at Guanyinting during the summer. According to their website, from April to June kayaks can only be hired out by appointment. During July and August however, the club will have kayaks set up and available for rent at Guanyinting every day (weather permitting).
